-18°C Frozen ROOM WALLS TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

-18°C The floor, ceiling and walls of the frozen room will be assembled and disassembled with polyurethane panels, with an eccentric hook lock mechanism.

-18°C Dull Cold Storage Wall panels and Ceiling Panels will be insulated with 0.50 mm polyester painted galvanized sheet on visible surfaces, and polyurethane insulation between 0.50 mm galvanized sheet on the invisible surface.

The contact surfaces of the -18°C Frozen Panels will be double-staged male and female to prevent air, heat and steam passage and will be fully sealed with silicone after assembly.

The heat permeability coefficient of polyurethane, which is -18°C Dull Panel insulation material, will be k: 0.0233 wm K.

-18°C Dull Panel polyurethane, which is an insulation material, will have B2 or B3 non-combustible properties in accordance with DIN 4102 norm.

A perfect appearance and minimization of heat losses will be provided with special twisting corner turning accessories called -18°C Dull Flashing.

Painted metals used on the -18°C Dull Panel surface will be 5-7 micron thick gray epoxy primer and 23-25 ​​micron thick 2 layers RAL 9002 polyester painted.

Metals to be used on -18°C Dull Panel surface will have CE certificate.

-18°C Dull Panel metal surface should be covered with a special protective foil that can be removed later.

The door of the -18°C FROZEN room will have an inside opening mechanism.

-18°C Frozen room door clear passage dimensions are at least 90 x 200 cm. will be maximum 120 x 200 cm and with heater.

FUNCTIONS REQUESTED TO BE DONE THROUGH THE CONTROL PANEL IN

OTHER ISSUES

-18°C Frozen rooms and all equipment will be assembled to the places in the approved project and will be delivered in working condition.

The copper pipe installations between the indoor and outdoor units of the -18°C frozen room will be made by the COMPANY in accordance with its project.

The part of the drainage installations of the indoor units in the -18°C frozen room up to the outside of the room will be made by the COMPANY, and the pans and pipes will be electrically resistant. Adequate thermal insulation shall be made.

There will be LED lighting installations and fixtures suitable for cold room conditions in the -18°C frozen room.

-18°C The glass and open parts in the rooms where the frozen warehouses are planned to be built will be covered with brick walls and whitewashing will be done by the Company in accordance with the original building.

-18°C The work of breaking the wall in the middle of the room where the frozen room will be made will be done by the Company.

 

SAFETY

-18°C There will be an emergency push button inside the room and an audible and light warning system outside the room for being trapped in a frozen room and other emergencies that may occur.
