Cold Room Cleaning Guide
All cleaning activities must be carried out in accordance with the Souk room cleaning Plan. Prevent aerosol formation. Soapy water refers to a mild detergent in water. When removing small amounts of mold growth, warm soapy water should be used instead of a TSE-approved biocide or fungicide used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Cold room Wipe the inside of the device with a clean cloth and warm soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaners or chlorinated cleaners.
Clean the glass with a cloth and glass cleaner.
Wipe the door seal with a cloth and warm soapy water.
Remove excess items from the cold room. Throw away any unwanted or expired items. Discard any materials that harbor mold growth.
Clean shelves, cabinets, and countertops with a cloth or soft brush and warm soapy water.
Vacuum the inside of the cold room. Pay special attention to removing debris from corners.
Clean the floors with a mop or brush and warm soapy water. Small areas can be cleaned using a clean cloth.
Clean the walls with a soft brush and warm soapy water.
Dry the walls carefully with a towel or cloth.
If desired, apply disinfectant to surfaces for additional protection. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the specific product used.
Return necessary items to the cold room.
