Planning

All staff need to plan their work with their manager before starting work. Outdoor work should be planned in cold weather, and weather conditions should be regularly checked and monitored during the term of office.

Operators should inform their first supervisor every day whether it is suitable for the job. Your decision-making ability should not be impaired by fatigue, alcohol and medicines (prescription or illegal).
