Let's set up a cold room.
Let's order all our materials, everything has arrived. Everything is ready. We will start the assembly soon.
First of all, the materials required for assembly. We cannot do the assembly without these. What are they?
Wall scale, chipboard cutting machine, cordless screwdriver, tin snips, silicone gun. Once these are available, we can start the assembly.
Let's say our cold room is 3 meters long and 2.5 meters high.
First, according to the dimensions of our room, we square our 8-inch u Metal accessories, which come with the order, to the floor at 50 cm intervals and screw them with 3 x 3 dowels.
After placing the metal accessories on the floor, we will now start placing the cold room panels.
In the first stage, to install the cold room panels, we prepare our corner metal accessory measuring 5 x 5, we take our screws and screwing set with us, we place the panels in the corner so that they fit together. One panel sits exactly at the same time, and the other panel sits next to it.
After squeezing our polyurethane foam from top to bottom so that the inner panel is on the face of the other panel, we place our corner accessory in the corner, align the Scale, screw our accessory to both panels and complete our corner installation process.
Now let's explain the most important point here.
If we do not open a thermal bridge to the point where we put the inner cold room panel to the outer cold room panel, our cold room will constantly lose heat as the heat inside will be transmitted to the outside.
What we need to do for this is that we have to open an 8-centimeter thermal bridge on the inside of the outer panel, which is the point where the inner panel rests. That is, we cut the inner sheet of the opposite panel 8 centimeters at the point where the panel fits, and if the foam part of the inner panel and the foam part at the point where we took the sheet we cut fit together, a thermal bridge will be formed. Transfer to outside is prevented.
After completing the walls in this way, we place the cold room ceiling panels and inject powdered foam into the junction points, that is, the pressure points of the wall and the ceiling, and complete the junction with our corner accessory and screw them.
After the walls and ceilings are finished, we place our cold room floor panel, apply polyurethane foam to the connection points with the wall, screw it with our corner accessory and complete this process.
It comes with the cold room panels, accessories and the door.
We place our door frame in the door gap we left when placing the panels, squeeze our polyurethane foam between the panel and the frame, and screw the door jambs. We make sure to use a scale while doing this.
After our entire panel process is completed, we apply white silicone aesthetically to the edges of the panel joints and metal accessories to ensure both sealing and a pleasant appearance.
When we place an order according to the dimensions to a manufacturer company to build a cold storage, our cold room panels, cold room door, cooling device, and cold room accessories are sent to us completely and completely according to the size we give.
Let's start assembling our cold room device, which is calculated according to the dimensions we have given.
First, we determine the location of the Evaporator that we will place in the cold room and mount it appropriately.
We are assembling our hanger legs where we will place our Split cold room group, which we will place outside.
Interconnection By connecting our copper pipes, we complete the joining process between two devices. It consists of two copper pipes, a discharge line and a suction line.
We finish our cabling installation by mounting our digital thermometer, which will control our cold room split cooling system, to the most appropriate place on our cold room door.
After completing all our work, we perform this process by applying a nitrogen system to clean the air humidity and moisture in the system and the entire system, which should not be inside, and then we complete the vacuuming process of the device by connecting the vacuuming device for at least 1 hour.
Now it is time to start our cold room device.
After the vacuuming process is completed, we connect the system r404a gas to the hose of our manifold device and monitor the gas pressure meter to ensure a certain amount of gas release.
We start the cooling process by starting our device, we continue the gassing process by checking the manifold time, we stop the process when it reaches sufficient pressures, we remove our manifold and close its covers tightly.
To check for leaks again, we check the record or connection points with a leak device or foam, make a final check and deliver it to the user. Good luck.
