Cold room sandwich panel
Cold storage wall and ceiling sandwich panels consist of polyurethane prefabricated industrial type cold storage sandwich panels with eccentric interlocking.
The polyurethane density of the Cold Room Panels is 42 kg/m³ (±2) and it has a fire class B3 in the conditions of DIN 4102 and B2 in the conditions of TS 11989 Annex F.
For both surfaces of the panels, 0.50 mm thick hot-dip galvanized sheet painted with polyester-based paint in RAL 9002 color code is used. In order to strengthen the inner surface adherence of the sheet, a minimum of 5-7 micron epoxybackeoat was used between the polyurethane-sheet.
Depending on the need and demand, we also have the alternative of the CORNER PANEL application, which is one of the rare applications in Turkey, which is produced as a single piece without any attachments for the junction corners of cold rooms.
Ceiling an
d wall panels comply with food regulations and are produced in 3 different ways in terms of surface types.
POLY: It is 0.50 mm thick galvanized sheet on its inner and outer surfaces, and there is polyester-based paint in RAL 9002 color on it.
PVC: Sheet thickness is 0.50 mm on the inner and outer surfaces, and 120 μ Antibacterial PVC coating is available on galvanization.
CRNI: Sheet thickness is 0.50 mm on its inner and outer surfaces, and 304 quality 1st class stainless material is used.
Our standard production is 10 mm thick Plywood on the upper surface and 40 (+/-2) density polyurethane injected interlocking panels between galvanized sheet metal on the lower surface. Corrugated floor panels are the same as wall/ceiling panels, 7 different thicknesses. Corrugated panels have a load bearing capacity of 2000 kg/m2, and optionally, non-slip CrNi or 200 micron PVC coated sheet on plywood can be used on the surface.
