KESKİNSO Cold Room Modular panels are produced by an on-site foaming process where two chemicals are injected under pressure between two metal coatings to form polyurethane insulation panels. Chemical reaction generates high heat and high pressure during curing. By applying pressure over 500 tons to the panel, the high structural strength, high density and hence high insulation value of the polyurethane panel is obtained.

KESKİNSO Modular cold room panels are standard size but can be custom designed to suit your existing space and needs.

Panels are produced in sections and assembled on site as if jigsaw pieces were brought together. Panel width of 1100 mm, from 230 to 13500 mm long. Ceiling, wall and floor are interlocked using eccentric locks. The tongue and groove with polyethylene gasket joint ensures that the installation is completely airtight. Butt joint panels are available on request.
