1. Installation of cold room panels
Check the materials and accessories carefully by checking the project design and construction materials list.

Cold storage When installing, there must be a gap between the wall and the roof, the ground or floor must be flat and the construction environment must be clean.
The inside of the storage body should be sealed with glass glue before being fixed with angle aluminum, and then fixed with angle aluminum by solid tensile. The distance between rivets is 300 mm. The distance between the upper and lower edges of the door is 100 mm.

When choosing the location of the hanging point, first consider where air circulation is best. Secondly, considering the direction of the structure of the cold room
The gap between the evaporator and the panels must be greater than the thickness of the evaporator.
All hanging bolts of the unit cooler must be tightened. Use sealant to seal bolts and suspension bolt holes to prevent cold bridges and air leakage.
When the ceiling evaporator is very heavy, apply No.4 or No.5 angle iron to form a cross beam. The beam should be extended to another top panel and wall panels to reduce the load-bearing load.

3. Cold room cooling system Outdoor unit internal layout
An oil separator should be installed in the semi-hermetic or hermetic compressor and the amount of oil that will live in the oil compartment, the evaporation temperature is below -15 degrees, a gas-liquid separator should be installed and the appropriate amount of cooling oil should be added.
The base of the compressor should be mounted with a shock-absorbing rubber seat.
The installation of the unit must leave room for maintenance suitable for observation of the settings of instruments and valves.
The high pressure gauge should be installed at the T point of the liquid storage filling valve.
The overall layout of the unit is reasonable and its color is consistent. The installation structure of each model unit should be consistent.

4. Laying for Cooling System pipelines
The diameter of the copper tube should be selected in full accordance with the suction and discharge valve interface of the compressor. If the separation between condenser and compressor is more than 3 meters, the diameter of the pipeline needs to be increased;
To maintain a distance of more than 400mm between the condenser suction surface and the wall, and to maintain a distance of more than 3 meters between the outlet and obstacles;
The inlet and outlet pipe diameters of the liquid storage tank will be subject to the exhaust and liquid outlet pipe diameters marked on the unit sample.

In order to reduce the internal resistance of the evaporation pipeline, the compressor suction pipeline and evaporator return pipeline shall not be smaller than the size specified in the sample.
When making the regulating station, each liquid discharge pipe should be cut with a slope of 45 degrees and placed at the lower end, and the liquid inlet pipe should be placed in the regulating station at a quarter of the pipe diameter;
The exhaust pipe and return pipe must have a certain slope. When the position of the condenser is higher than the compressor, the discharge pipe should be inclined towards the condenser, and a liquid ring should be installed in the discharge port of the compressor. Prevent gas cooling and liquefaction from flowing back to the high-pressure exhaust port after shutdown and causing fluid trapping during restart;
The evaporator to the gas pipe outlet must be mounted on a U-bracket. To ensure a smooth return to oil, the return gas pipes must be inclined in the direction of the compressor;
The expansion valve should be installed as close as possible to the location of the evaporator. The solenoid valve should be installed horizontally, the valve body should be vertical, and pay attention to the direction of the liquid;
If necessary, install filters in the compressor return line to prevent dirt from entering the compressor and to remove moisture from the system;
Before tightening all sodium and lock nuts in the cooling system, wipe off the cooling oil lubrication and strengthen the seal. After fixing, wipe clean. The roots of each compartment door will be locked tightly;

5. Power Distribution Electrical System Installation
Each person must have a line number for maintenance;
Make the electrical control box in strict accordance with the requirements of the drawings and connect the electricity to do the no-load test;
Mark the name of each contactor;
Secure the wire of each electrical component with bonding wire;
Electrical contacts should be pressed firmly into the wire connection points, the main wire connections of the motor should be tightly clamped with wire clips, tinned if necessary;

Line pipes will be laid for the connection of each equipment and fixed with clips. When connecting PVC pipes, glue them together and cover the mouth of the pipes with tape;
The distribution box should be installed horizontally and vertically, the ambient lighting should be good, and the room should be dry for easy observation and operation;
The area occupied by the wires in the pipe shall not exceed 50%;
The cable selection should have a safety factor, and the temperature of the cable surface should not exceed 40 degrees when the unit is operating or defrosting;
The circuit system must be a 5-wire system, if there is no ground cable, a ground cable must be installed;
Long-term exposure to sun and wind, wire aging, short circuit leakage, etc. To prevent this, wires should not be exposed to open air;
The installation of the line pipe must be nice and solid.
6. Cold room Commissioning of the cooling system
Measure power supply voltage;
Measure the resistance of the three windings of the compressor and the insulation of the motor;
Check the opening and closing of each valve in the cooling system;
After evacuating, fill the refrigerant into the storage liquid to 70%-80% of the standard charge amount, and then start the compressor to add gas from low pressure until the amount is sufficient;
After turning on the machine, first check whether the compressor sound is normal by listening to the sound of the compressor, and check whether the condenser and air cooler are working normally. Whether the three-phase current of the compressor is stable or not;
After cooling continuously, check every part of the cooling system, such as exhaust pressure, intake pressure, exhaust temperature, intake temperature, engine temperature, crankcase temperature and the temperature before the expansion valve. Observe the icing of the evaporator and expansion valve, the oil level, and the color change of the oil mirror. Whether the sound of the operating equipment is abnormal;
Adjust the parameters and expansion valve opening according to the freezing and usage conditions of the cold storage.
