Importance of cold room and sweeping,
What is sweeping? What is it used for?
How does this system, which we call the sweeping system and which is the most important system of cooling, work and what does it do?
The values that enable the stopping and starting of the cooling are set digitally. When the digital reaches the desired values, it switches from the on position to the off position. The electronic part we connect to the system, the solenoid (electric gas breaker tap), cuts the current and shuts it off, and gas begins to collect. When the system reaches the vacuum position, the vacuum automatic stops the system. What we have done here is to collect the gas in the system and take the excess oil, which is the lubrication system, along with the gas, and collect it back into the compressor. We call this the scavenging system.
We stop the compressor by collecting gas from the system. We also use this in the defrost system.
Since there is no pressure left in the evaporator, the risk of copper pipes exploding during defrosting is eliminated. The event we call defrosting is the ice melting system with electric rods. We call this defrosting.
Since there is no possibility of oil loss in systems operating with a sweeping system, the risk of compressor burnout is eliminated.
Be sure to request that your system includes the sweeping system that we strongly recommend for use in cold room systems.
