Cold room failures and solutions

In today's article, we will present information and solutions related to malfunctions occurring in cold stores and their causes.

Faults occurring in cold storage are two parts.

Part 1 mechanical failures

2- Part electrical faults

* Most of the mechanical failures are gas leakage, pipe breaks, cracking, cracking, and relaxation, as mechanical failures cause gas leakage, the system will shut itself off when there is no gas with the device.

SETTLEMENT

- In an open place, easily visible lubrication occurs. If there is no leak, nitrogen must be pressed and the leak must be found and the gas must be charged afterwards.

* Another reason for malfunction is system obstruction.

- Collecting the gas in the system to the tank, changing the filter, cleaning the expansion valve. If there is a solenoid valve, there may also be a solenoid valve failure in the system.

* Compressor pressure drop

- How can we understand that the compressor pressure drops? We can see the compressor pressure by connecting the gas charge manifold to the low and high pressure pressure.

* If the system shuts itself off at high air temperature

- If the cooling system shuts itself off in hot weather, it indicates that the condenser is extremely dirty. If the condenser is clean, the fan is probably not working or not working. It is decided by looking at them.

Part 2 Electrical Faults

* Thermal opening when compressor is activated

SETTLEMENT

- Since some companies do not install Phase protection relay in the system, when the system 2 is too thick, the compressor must turn on the thermal. If there is phase protection in the system, make sure to check the contactor inputs and outputs. If there is no problem here, measure the compressor values.

* System's self-shutdown problem

SETTLEMENT

- Check the high pressure values of the combined automatic in the system, high pressure values may be low

Fuse blown or excessive icing during defrost

SETTLEMENT

- One of the defrost heating elements may be burned. Check the residences in the system.

- Another problem of defrost is that the fuse is not blown l resistances are strong but it makes excessive icing

- Defrost time, check defrost time and defrost temperature via digital panel

Another reason may be that the digital sensors have lost their value

* If there is no energy in my system

SETTLEMENT

- Check the supply energy, I may have blown fuse or leakage current from the panel

* There is energy in the digital display system is not working

SETTLEMENT

- There may be no energy coming from low high pressure combination automat

- On-off button may be faulty

- Check teeth may be digital defective

* Compressor stop and run frequently

SETTLEMENT

- Gas is missing Low pressure may be cutting

- Compressor contactor may be defective, one of its feet may not pass

- Let's check the digital start and stop set settings

* Excessive noise from the cooling compressor group

SETTLEMENT

* Bearings of axial fan may be damaged

* Compressor foot vibration absorbing wedges can be hardened or

* The compressor oil may be defective or there is no oil left in the compressor

Do not forget to have annual maintenance of your cold room, an electrical failure can be caused by a fire or a small problem can cost you a lot.

A maintained cold room device will be reflected to you as an electricity bill and you will prevent big malfunctions.
