Cold rooms, using PIR panels, are polyisocyanurate-filled sandwich panels that provide high fire resistance (B-s1; d0), superior thermal insulation, and hygiene, and are commonly used in food and pharmaceutical storage facilities. Available in thicknesses of 80-200 mm, they offer leak-proof joints, quick assembly, and energy-saving durable structural solutions with 0.50 mm galvanized sheet metal coatings.
Insulation Properties: Thanks to its PIR (Polyisocyanurate) structure, it provides excellent thermal insulation.
Fire Resistance: According to the TS EN 13501-1 standard, it has a fire resistance class of B-s1; d0 or B2.
Hygiene and Applications: With antibacterial paint options, it is used in food processing, frozen storage, laboratories, and hospitals.
Technical Details: Available in widths of 1110-1150 mm, lengths from 1 to 13 meters, and thicknesses of 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, and 200 mm.
Assembly and Installation: A special interlocking or "tongue and groove" system ensures a leak-proof connection without creating a thermal bridge.
