Hinged Cold Room Door

Door Wing 40(+/- 2) density polyurethane was injected between two sheets without using any wood material.

Door Thickness is 92 mm in normal cold stores, 120 mm in frozen storage stores

Suspension Hardware Carrier rail, wheels, handles and necessary accessories are composite material and stainless steel.

Surface Sheet Standard manufacturing, both sides of the wing are PVC sheet.

Optionally, it can be polyester painted sheet and CRNI.

Door Frame Outer frame is special PVC, inner frame is aluminum.

Thermal Bridge It is a single row of special rubber gasket surrounding the door leaf in normal storage rooms.

There is a resistance that can be changed very easily when necessary on the frame of the frozen storage room doors.

It can be produced in desired dimensions up to 100X200 cm net transition.





 

 

Sliding Cold Room Doors

The sliding cold room door has a frame formed by combining PVC plastic and aluminum parts. Our sliding cold room doors are equipped with heavy-duty aluminum rail. Reinforced, large-diameter ball bearings keep the wheels turning smoothly. The leaf surface is galvanized steel powder coated with RAL9002 artic white industrial paint.

Wing

The wings of the doors have the feature that they can be opened 90 degrees in both directions and can always stay open when necessary.

It is produced by injecting 42kg/m³ (+-2%) polyurethane between two sheets on the door leaf.

The wing thickness of the bar doors is 40 mm.

Surface Sheet

In standard productions, both sides of the wing are polyester sheet.

PVC and CRNI can be made optionally and can be produced in some standard colors for PVC surfaces.

Hinge

The hinges used in the manufacture of the doors are in accordance with the standards.

Dimensions

Double wing bar doors are produced as 1200 x 2000 mm clear passage as standard.

Single wing bar doors are produced as 700 x 1700 mm clear passage as standard.

Production can also be made in special sizes upon request.

Explanation
